Baked Ziti

yea i know...we all know about the Ziti..but i LOVE making this one


** i apologize in advance for black spots...my iphone was dropped a few times and the camera i think it cracked..idk..but forewarning you



→ PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400 /450
Ingredients:
feel free to use STORE BOUGHT sauce too; i.e Ragu etc..

• Ziti Noodles
• shredded mozzarella cheese
• chicken stock (NOT broth)
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1 can tomato paste
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• cream cheese
-there ARE also non-dairy SOY versions at health food stores.

 


cook noodles as directed on the package or until al-dente'
(almost cooked)

meanwhile in a medium sauce pan; 
combine 2-3 TBSP of cream cheese, sauce, wisk together, and add chicken stock until thin..simmer 5-8minutes.. if you want the sauce to be thick, just add less stock.
-i eyeballed it

once noodles are DONE and cream cheese is melted (no large lumps), combine noodles AND sauce together in an oven safe dish.






Top with LOTTS of CHEESE ♥



BAKE IN 400 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL MELTED AND GOLDEN BROWN ♥
